At Nature’s Harvest, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in creating and delivering herbal, handmade beauty products with the highest quality standards. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged, broken, or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and order details. We will offer a free replacement or full refund. -
Wrong Product Received:
In case you receive a product different from what you ordered, please inform us within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verification. -
Product Not as Described:
If the product received significantly differs from the description, reach out to us within 3 days of delivery. Our team will evaluate the issue and offer a suitable resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personal and handmade nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:

Opened or used products

Products without original packaging

Items purchased under promotions or sales (unless damaged)

Custom or white-label products manufactured on order

Products returned after 7 days of delivery
Refunds Process
Once your return is approved and received (if applicable), we will process your refund within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
If the order was COD (Cash on Delivery), we will issue a refund via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return an eligible product and place a new order separately.
